We are very lucky to have such a hardworking and active Parent Association at Scoil Mhuire!

The purpose of the Parents' Association is to provide a structure through which the parents or guardians of children attending Scoil Mhuire, can work together for the best possible education of their children.

​

The Parents' Association works with the Principal, Staff and Board of Management to build effective partnerships between home and school, thus promoting the interests of the pupils.

 

The following are activities that our Parents Association manage or help out with throughout the school year:

​

• Organising and managing the Communion and Graduation celebrations.

• Managing the shop and raffle at the  bi-annual Christmas Concert.

• Fundraising for and contributing to various school events.

• Organising an annual uniform sale. 

• Co-ordinating Bag2School collections.

• Organising an annual whole school art event (Christmas Cards).
